Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last Updated: April 29, 2026
Your California Privacy Right
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") give you the right to direct businesses to stop selling or sharing your personal information. This page explains how to exercise that right with BoatRepairMiamiFL.com.
What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean
BoatRepairMiamiFL.com does not sell your personal information for money. However, the CCPA and CPRA define "sale" and "sharing" very broadly. Under those definitions, the following activities may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information:
- Allowing third-party advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta) to place cookies, pixels, or tags on the Site that collect identifiers, browsing behavior, or device information;
- Allowing those platforms to use that information for cross-context behavioral advertising (showing you ads on other sites based on your visit to ours);
- Sharing visitor identifiers with remarketing networks so they can deliver ads on our behalf.
This page lets you opt out of those activities to the extent they constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out using any of the methods below. Opt-outs are processed within 15 business days of receipt and confirmed within 45 days as required by the CCPA.
Method 1 — Submit Your CCPA Request Online (Recommended)
Use the form below to submit a verified CCPA request. We will respond within 45 days.

- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID."
Verification
To protect your privacy, we will verify any opt-out request before processing it. We may ask you to confirm two or more pieces of information that match information we have on file (for example, the email address and phone number associated with a prior service request). For requests covering categories of sensitive information, we may require additional verification. We will use the information you provide solely to verify your request and will delete it after verification unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may contact you to confirm the authorization and verify your identity. Businesses registered with the California Secretary of State may submit verifiable proof of registration in lieu of written authorization.
No Discrimination
We will not deny services, charge a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your CCPA rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
Global Privacy Control
Where required by law, we will treat the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device on which it is enabled. To learn more about GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
